QUALY INVESTO RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY:

We give 30 days return policy. If you are not

satisfied with the product then you can return back the product to us. Shipment cost while returning

the product has to be borne by the customer. Once the product reaches to our office, then our team

will analyze and process the payment. Your amount will be refunded back within 7 days of receiving

of your shipment.

No refunds will be given in the following cases:

 Products arrived in damaged condition when customer opts to courier by themselves

 Package has been lost in transit when customer opts to courier by themselves

Refunds for cancelled orders:

If your order is cancelled before shipment then entire amount will be refunded.

If your request for cancellation comes after shipment of the product then we cannot cancel the

order. In that case, you have to return the product bearing the shipment costs. Refund will be made

by subtracting our delivery shipping charges from the total order cost.

Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment and

have gone through our quality check.

Complete refund will be given on case basis if customer receive damaged

product or a different product as not mentioned in website. Any such incidents

need to be reported within 2 days after receiving the delivery.

Cancellation Policy

We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we

ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of

our warehouse for delivery.
